POWDER COATING

Powder coating is durable finish for metal that is applied as a dry powder without the use of harsh solvents. Specialized spray guns add a positive electrostatic charge to the powder particles, making them adhere to the grounded parts. The coating is then oven cured and melts into a uniform film, resulting is a strong finish that is ready to use immediately after cooling off.

This oven cured coating is stronger than most finishes and offers the best value over the lifetime of your metal parts. Why spend money on spray painting and retouching periodically? Powder coat it once and enjoy for many years to come!

We can powder coat almost any type of metal capable of holding an electrostatic charge and withstanding 400° F without melting or losing integrity. Plastic and rubber components must be removed. We can powder coat parts up to 20 feet long with virtually no weight limit.

Pricing varies based upon the complexity of the parts, the preparation necessary, and the materials being applied. Each project is different, so we ask that you bring the parts to our shop for most accurate pricing. We have a $100 minimum per color. Send us pictures or drawings and will do our best to provide an accurate price estimate.

We carry a full palette of colors, textures, and gloss levels and can also special order any powder from the various suppliers. Available finishes include single stage, metallic, candy, wrinkle and fluorescent.
