General Information

You must remove sludge, grease, oils, bearings, seals, and gasket material from all parts. We can also make arrangements to have these items removed at additional cost.

All parts must be completely disassembled. For example, valve covers must have no gasket or bolts; wheels must have no weights, valve stems, or center caps. If it's plastic or rubber it needs to be removed. Additional charges may apply for parts that require disassembly before blasting and coating.

I will not reassemble any parts. Items will be returned with your coated parts.

Parts must be completely constructed of metal. No bondo or similar body fillers! These will not withstand the heat and will result in imperfections on the finish.

All old chrome and paint coatings must be removed prior to powder coating. Additional charges apply for parts with heavy chrome coating.

Although not recommended, powder can be applied over old finishes such as chrome and paint. Parts will still require media blasting. There is no guarantee on coatings applied over old chrome.

Custom colors must be paid for in advance. Allow 3-5 business days after order is placed before custom colors arrive and work begins.

Please contact me if your parts will need to be stored for longer than 10 days after powder coating has been completed. You will not be charged a storage fee, but I need to know when the parts will be picked up.

Warranty

Customer assumes all responsibility for scratches, cuts, nicks, and any other wear and tear after parts have been powder coated and delivered.

I am not responsible for any surface imperfections on casted parts. The powder can only look and work as good as the surface below it.

Powder damaged by excessive heat holds no guarantee. Temperatures limits for powders are 1000F for high-temp and 300F for all others once parts have been installed.

I offer no warranty on any items that have been powder coated over chrome.
