Media Blasting
A surface free of dirt and grease is critical to a durable finish. We complete all preparation work in-house making sure that your job gets done quicker and you're dealing with one shop.
We primarily use Aluminum Oxide media, although a less aggressive Glass Bead is available for use on more delicate items. We'll discuss what media is right for your project.
Equipment Capacity
Two large blasting cabinets are used to ensure precision and quality. Each cabinet contains a specific media and is used depending on the type of part and coating to be removed.
Individual dust collectors guarantee that all dust is trapped to avoid surface contamination and increase visibility, keeping the operator and your parts safe.
